Investigating - We are investigating a potential issue that might affect order refunds for our Kitchens customers.
We are seeing a “Failed to fetch payment details” error when clicking into an order, and the ability to refund for Direct Orders is currently unavailable.
Our team is rolling out a fix to resolve the error, and for Direct Order refunds to be available on your Otter Dashboard at manager.tryotter.com.
