There may have been some order cancellations and delivery partner pausing. Additionally, some orders are not able to be marked as “ready.”
Orders between 11:37am and 12:10pm PST were unfortunately affected, and we are working to retrieve these orders. New orders should start to see recovery soon as we’re prioritizing this fix.
Our team is also checking to unpause stores that should be online.
