Order Manager Delivery/Partner Integration
We are seeing recovery with a potential issue that may have caused orders not being accepted into Otter. This seemed to start around 2:45pm PST time and may have affected multiple integrations.
Order imports may have been affected, and order cancellations and store pauses may occur.
Our Product team has been going through unpausing affected stores that should be open.
